The Doctoral School of Historical Studies is looking for highly motivated PhD students to apply for the Dissertation Writing Summer School at Stift Seitenstetten between 17-20 August 2021. We aim to enable PhD students in their active writing phase to dedicate themselves to the focussed writing of dissertation chapters or papers. The programme consists of individual work on the writing project, sessions by the writing coach, and one-to-one feedback by the coach. The writing coach, Dr. Dean Vuletic has acquired his PhD from Columbia University and his work has been published by publishing houses such as Bloomsbury, Oxford University Press and Routledge. We are expecting applications of PhD students of the Doctoral School of Historical and Cultural Studies. Students who are in their active writing phase and who have passed FÖP can apply.
